When you think of football, one Florida name sticks out amongst the rest. Rick Casares, born and raised in Tampa, Florida has been a Champion all of his life. As a fifteen year old, he was a prize fighter knocking out competitors twice his age. He then shined in multiple sports while in high school...being elected to the Florida High School All-Century Team in football. He then went on to shine as a "Gator Great" by being inducted into the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame. Drafted 2nd overall in the 1954 professional football league, Casares went on to break many rushing records that were held into the 1980s...capping a 12 year career with a world championship win in 1963.
So you may be asking yourself, "what does all this have to do with hair loss.". Well, even champions are not exempt from suffering from hair loss. Casares says, "from my pictures during my football years, you can see I had a full head of hair..and it was something I was very proud of. However, as the years passed, I started getting thinner and thinner until it really started to get to me."
